3. Photography in More Detail
At GTM Week Warsaw events:
- Group and crowd shots — We photograph and film general event scenes, panel discussions, audience interactions, and networking. These are used in event recaps, social media posts, and future event promotion. Attendance at the event constitutes implicit acceptance of being included in such shots.
- Individual portraits — If we intend to use a close-up photo or video of you individually (other than as a speaker in your confirmed role), we will ask for your verbal or written consent on the day.
- Speakers and panelists — By agreeing to speak or participate in a panel at GTM Week Warsaw, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and having that content published in connection with the event.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff at the entrance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from all group shots.
